At ISERN Patents and Trademarks, we are starting the year with excellent news that highlights the technical quality and global reach of our team. We are pleased to announce that Pere Ramells, a solicitor in our International Trademarks Department, has been officially selected to join the INTA Bulletin Correspondents Pool (INTA Bulletins Correspondents Pool).
This appointment, effective from 1 January 2026, is a direct recognition of the experience and legal knowledge of our professionals by the International Trademark Association (INTA), the world’s most influential organisation in the field of intellectual property.
What does this role at INTA entail?
As a new correspondent, Pere Ramells will regularly contribute articles and legal analyses to the association’s bulletin. This publication is a vital reference for lawyers, trademark owners and experts in intellectual property worldwide, serving as a primary source of legislative updates and market trends.
Pere’s selection for this role will not only allow him to share his expert insight on trademark protection, but also ensures that ISERN remains at the forefront of international legal debate.
Presence at international forums in 2026
This new responsibility also entails active participation in the sector’s most prominent events. The INTA Bulletin Editorial Board has invited its new correspondents to participate in key meetings this year, notably the upcoming INTA Annual Meeting, to be held in London from 2 to 6 May 2026, as well as the Leadership Meeting scheduled for November in Phoenix, Arizona.
ISERN would like to publicly congratulate Pere Ramells on this achievement. His inclusion in the editorial team comes on top of other recent recognitions for the firm, such as the selection of our colleague Myriam Otaola as a member of the INTA Enforcement Committee, thus consolidating our presence on the association’s most influential committees.
This reaffirms our commitment to excellence and internationalisation, ensuring that our clients always have the advice of professionals recognised by leading intellectual property institutions such as the INTA.
