Andreu González, PhD in chemistry and member of our technical team, has obtained the qualification of European Patent Agent after passing the European Qualifying Examination (EQE), one of the most demanding exams in the industrial property sector.
Andreu has a solid professional track record as a patent technician and advisor since 2018, specializing in electrochemical sensors and artificial intelligence applied to the pharmaceutical, food, environmental, and detection fields, as well as extensive experience in patent drafting and defense, patentability and infringement risk reports, oppositions, supplementary protection certificates, and pharmaceutical regulatory advice.
Obtaining EQE accreditation reinforces ISERN’s ability to offer highly specialized technical and legal advice and direct representation at the EPO, consolidating our commitment to protecting innovation at the European and international levels.
