Myriam Otaola selected as member of INTA Enforcement Committee

INTA has once again selected our Trademark Department lawyer, Myriam Otaola, as a member of the Enforcement Committee for the 2026-2027 term. This appointment recognises her experience in intellectual property and her dedication to trademarks. It also acknowledges the excellent work she did during the previous term (2024-2025).

This INTA Committee is responsible for developing and defending policies on international trademark enforcement. Its work seeks to protect intellectual property rights. The ultimate goal is to promote an environment that properly safeguards innovation and creativity.

Thanks to her solid legal background, Myriam will submit key knowledge to the Committee. We are confident that she will play a valuable role in promoting best practices in the sector.

For ISERN Patents and Trademarks, this news demonstrates our team’s commitment to excellence. We are proud that the sector recognises the good work of our professionals, both nationally and internationally. They are the cornerstone of the company. Without a doubt, this prestige enhances our reputation and the quality of the service we offer our clients.

This success reinforces our presence in the association, where we will also have Pere Ramells as the new correspondent for the INTA Bulletin. ISERN congratulates Myriam on this professional milestone. We will continue to work for the defence and protection of intellectual property rights.
