The managing partners, Jorge Isern and Pepe Isern, along with the director of the Internet department, Marta Isern; the Head of Institutional Relations, María Isern; and the director of the international Trademark department, José Luis Rodríguez-Fuensalida, represented ISERN and accepted the award during the Managing IP Awards 2024 Ceremony held in London, organized by the prestigious international publication Managing Intellectual Property for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

The most important award in the legal sector specializing in industrial and intellectual property has been awarded to ISERN after leading, for more than 3 years, the applications for trademark registration at the European level. ISERN Patentes y Marcas is the European firm that files the most trademark applications with the EUIPO for owners from the European Union.
Nationally, ISERN continues to be on the podium in terms of Spanish trademark registration, trademark renewals, validations of European patents, and fourth in the protection of national inventions (patents and utility models).
