ISERN attends MARQUES annual conference

Isern Patentes y Marcas attends as every year the MARQUES annual conference, which will bring together the main firms of intellectual property. The 39th edition of MARQUES will be held at the World Forum The Hague from 16 to 19 September.

The transformation of brands in a global context will be the central theme of this year’s MARQUES Annual Conference. The different sessions will thoroughly explore how external factors and the growing importance of sustainability influence intellectual property strategy. They will address crucial issues such as brand management in international trade, in merger and acquisition processes, or during a relaunch. The discussion will be completed with an analysis of current legal challenges, including jurisdiction in cross-border litigation and, as usual, a review of the most relevant judgments from the CJEU and the EU General Court.
