ISERN and its team are recognized by the 2024 edition of the WTR 1000 ranking

The international ranking World Trademark Review in its 2024 edition has acknowledged the work of ISERN Patentes y Marcas and its professionals. During 2024, we celebrate our centenary, 100 years of constant work and being at the forefront to protect and defend the Intellectual Property rights of our clients.

WTR 1000 is one of the most important lists in the field of intellectual property, specializing in Trademarks: strategy, registration, and defense. This international publication conducts research over several months to be able to objectively position firms. The analysis conducted by World Trademark Review on ISERN indicates that “it offers its clientele first-class trademark services. Communications are clear, and the needs of clients are always perfectly understood, and their objectives are always met.”

Additionally, WTR 1000 has individually recognized three professionals from ISERN Patentes y Marcas. In this edition, WTR recognizes our managing partner, Pepe Isern, following his more than 30 years of experience in this field. Along with Pepe Isern, the ranking mentions the director of the Madrid office, Alberto Rabadán, and the trademark attorney, Carolina Villanueva.

This recognition is a clear international testimony to the constant commitment of our firm and its professionals to provide high-quality service. The effort, persistence, and continuous training make ISERN a leading firm in the intellectual property sector. Moreover, our 12 offices in Spain are another clear example of our commitment to proximity and closeness, being the Spanish firm with the greatest local presence.
