Intellectual property – Author's royalties –Copyright

We protect your creations in all areas

The creator of the work can prohibit or authorize its reproduction, public performance or interpretation, recording, broadcasting by any means, translation or adaptation.

The author has two types of rights: the moral rights to the work and the rights to the net worth or economic use of the work.

The moral rights are compulsory and non-forfeitable. The author can demand his recognition as an author at any time. He can also decide whether the work can be published, modified, etc.

The economic rights can be assigned. They are all of the rights related to economic use of the work: translations, theatrical adaptations, public exhibitions, changes in format, etc.

The new fields of creation are also protected by copyright. As a result, computer programs (software), Web sites or Internet portals, etc. can be registered.

The author can be an individual, a group of authors, or even an individual that works for a company.

Depending on the type of author and the format of the work, the documentation required to access the register will be different.
